Black Reign Ltd 01 “Dark Forecast” EP
A. Imprintz – Meta – Blasting off into a tribal roll of congos and atmospheric notes, the tune is shortly accompanied by some of lush drums and mid pokes, breaking down into a low fi mid punch it builds then this tune explodes with a shriek and a full assault of mid bass roars the song comes into landing with a gentle breakdown. Building in a front line fashion with a hint of extra edit it flings back into the mix with a repartition of the original flavor and still adding even more funk to this half of the song giving it the ultimate upfront approach that Black Reign Ltd has striven to bring to you. B. Nickbee Feat Cyclic – Orcaul - Starting deep into a set of dark pads and effects, open hats and metallic drums bounce through the atmosphere. Breaking down with a deranged pattern launching you right into a realm of mid range amazement. Lfo’s and Tears rip through the first 16 fast that expecting leaving u wanting more. The Second drop plummets even lower than before with more metal shrieks as the mid bass is pushed even deeper and more out there opening the dance floor at any funk driving party before dropping you off at the breakdown right where you left off. Nakwan & Imprintz – X Spoiler – The final frontier of the EP, dark and hi fi this intro quickly becomes a synthetic pass of plucks and squeals mindful vocals sweep through as the melody’s lash away until everything just seems to fade away, another hair raising rise flings the tune into a massive drop of groove and mid funk, upfront and flowing this song shreds the flow as the percussion’s slide under chained kicks and snares, tom rolls and the familiar intro leads pluck through the last 16 before the drops into a epic stall too breakdown. Congo’s rise through the hi and lo hi as the tune approach the drop bringing us into high end pads and a filtered ending wrapping it up with crystal clarity.
